Chris Sheehan

Bishop Henrickson HS (RI) Pitching Coach

Chris Sheehan is a native of Warwick, RI and a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School where he was a standout pitcher for the Hawks. Upon graduation, Sheehan continued his career at the University of Rhode Island before a shoulder injury ended his playing days. A Kinesiology major at URI and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he strives to educate players on how to prepare their body’s for optimal performance and durability. His approache to player development has helped Hendricken to four state titles during his tenure as well as develop multiple players that have gone on to the college and professional levels. The MBCA is excited to have Coach Sheehan speak about creating a pitching plan that works within your program.
