Coach Mielcarek has been at the helm of the Toledo Central Catholic program for 28 seasons and has amassed a record of 426-304. He has had 21 players continue their careers at the D1 level. He is a member of the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame (2010) and was the recipient of the Ohio High School Sportsmanship, Ethics, & Integrity Award (2010). While Coach Mielcarek possesses knowledge on every aspect of the game of baseball, he will be speaking in two different session to the MBCA: one session about the best ways to set up your program’s bullpen, and the other session about teaching ways to have your program practicing at game speed. The MBCA is sure your program will benefit greatly by both of these talks from such an experienced coach.
