Prior to joining Cressey Performance, Chris spent the 2008 Off-Season and Training Camp as an intern with the Buffalo Bills. His main coaching experience has been with baseball players ranging from high school all the way up to the professional level. Currently, Chris is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1), and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Massachusetts. Having learned from the area’s best and nationally recognized Eric Cressey, Chris will share his knowledge and insights into how to incorporate baseball strength training into your program.
