Marc Pelletier

Class of 2014

Central Catholic High School

For the past 29 years Coach Pelletier has piloted the Central Catholic High School varsity baseball team compiling an ongoing career record of 357-233. Calling Central Catholic home since his graduation from Bridgewater State University Marc has managed to deal successfully with the challenges that come from the disadvantages of not having ones own baseball field. Despite the obstacles, Coach Pelletier’s teams have qualified for the MIAA State Tournament an impressive 23 times. His Raiders have won 10 Merrimack Valley Conference titles, advancing to the North finals three times and the Eastern Massachusetts finals once. In 2008 Marc’s team was a recipient of the MIAA and MA Alliance for Sportsmanship Award. Beyond this, his teams historically are known for their charitable work within the greater Lawrence community. For his steady leadership and his team’s many accomplishments the MBCA welcomes Marc as a member of the Hall of Fame class of 2014.
